Commercial conveyancing - We provide a comprehensive service an all areas of commercial property including leasing, acquisition and disposals, site developments and investment property. Our service has been adapted to ensure that we provide a swift and coordinated response to all issues arising in the course of a transaction to ensure that these are dealt with quickly and effectively. We appreciate that clients do require to know at the outset of a transaction what their costs are likely to be and we shall on request provide a competitive quotation in respect of any dealing. We act for a number of lending institutions in the recovery of mortgage arrears and repossession of property.

Residential letting - We are employed by a national organisation of letting agents to handle all legal aspects of residential letting and can provide guidance to both landlord and tenant in this ever changing area of the law.

Litigation - We deal with all aspects of litigation including reparation commercial litigation arbitration and employment matters. We have experience in all types of litigation and are regularly in attendance in the Sheriff Court and all other courts and also before Employment and other tribunals. We have considerable expertise in Road Traffic and Road Haulage prosecutions and in defending both private and commercial clients.

Matrimonial and family matters - We offer a sympathetic and compassionate approach to matrimonial matters. As these often involve many sensitive issues, we believe that it is preferable wherever possible to seek to resolve issues amicably rather than prolong conflicts. However we recognise that there are times where matter can only be resolved through litigation and are in a position to provide a full support in any action where this is necessary.
